DON'S MESSAGES - APRIL:
01 April 1999
Hello everyone.
Happy Spring to all of you. Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead this Saturday night!
Things are getting hectic around here so I'm a little late on this update. I had wanted to
do it every weekend but...things happen I guess. Actually, I was at a dance competition all
day last Sunday. Both Diandre and Adria took part in it. And, I am happy to report that each
of the six numbers that their dance school performed received gold medals. Diandre was in
two numbers and Adria in one. Both girls were pretty excited and tired.
Since I am not getting much feedback, via the e-mail link, from those of you who may visit
the site and do not see me on a regular basis, it continues to be difficult for me to decide
when to do the update. Not knowing how much time all of you spend checking your own e-mail
or getting onto the internet makes this somewhat of a challenge. But I figured it would take
a few months, heck maybe years, before this things gets ironed out. If you have had trouble
sending e-mail using the link on the web site, please let me know by sending e-mail the way
you normally would. My e-mail address is dbrthium@bit-net.com
I haven't heard much from Jen in Virginia or Peter in New Bedford. I know Jen and Greg are
busy trying to get things ready for their new house and I expect my little buddy Tom keeps
them hopping. As far as Peter and Melynda, perhaps they'll see their name in print here and
drop me a note to let us know how their doing. Peter's sister, Renee and her husband David
are one of the couples celebrating their anniversary this month. I believe they are also
expecting their first child in September.
And speaking of children, if any of you with young ones would like to submit any their
drawings or artwork I would be more than happy to have it as a feature. I think they would
enjoy seeing their masterpieces on the screen "like magic". Perhaps on the next update I'll
include a few from Diandre and/or Adria to get the ball rolling.
CALLING ALL E-MAIL ADDRESSES! If you have not yet forwarded me your e-mail address, please
do so I can keep my book up to date. It would also be handy to have in case I want to send
out a general announcement about the site or any "social events".
Well, that should just about do it for now. Until next time...
